SBC was founded on the belief that our work and identity are deeply correlated. Finding alignment personally and professionally requires an intentional approach.

Originally from Alabama, I've always been drawn to meaningful work, community, and a life filled with purpose and adventure. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and later completed my Master of Business Administration from the University of North Alabama.

In 2022, my husband, our two daughters, and I relocated to Carson Valley, drawn by the opportunity to build a life surrounded by mountains, open space, and adventure. When we're not at the ranch with our bay gelding Smokey, you'll likely find us camping, paddleboarding, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, or simply enjoying the outdoors together.

My journey eventually led me to volunteer at Between Horses & Humans, and later joined the Board of Directors in January 2026. I now serve as Chair of the Fundraising Committee and continue to volunteer weekly. Supporting the organization's mission and helping bring the healing and transformative power of horses to more people in our community is something I'm deeply honored to be part of.

Whether I'm helping a business become more organized and efficient or helping an individual take control of an overwhelming list of responsibilities, I bring the same philosophy to my work: listen carefully, think strategically, handle the details, and be someone my clients can trust.
